Shayla is a mom of three young children and can often be found running the gravel roads near her country home in the Midwest. She launched the Runner Moms community to connect with other moms and also to inspire more moms to utilize running and healthful eating as outlets for leading healthier and happier lives.
Shayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in News/Editorial Journalism as well as a Master of Arts in Interpersonal Communication. She is an RRCA Level 1 Certified Running Coach, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Nutrition Coach and is also a certified Tiny Habits Coach.
